How to Use
- Power On & Select Mode: Hold the power button for 2 seconds. Use the directional pad to select your required test (e.g., PoE, Length, or Mapping) on the backlit LCD.
- Connect Cable: Insert the RJ45 cable into the main tester port. For continuity or mapping, connect the opposite end to the included remote ID unit.
- Length Measurement: Select 'Length' mode. Ensure the remote end is disconnected for an accurate TDR reflection measurement. The screen will display the length in metres.
- Port Flashing: Connect the tester to a wall outlet, select 'Port Flash', and observe your network switch to identify the blinking port.
- Recharging: When the battery indicator is low, plug any standard Type-C cable into the side port. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
